Machine Operator

Operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to produce parts according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions

Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure proper function

Make basic adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality

Perform and document production runs, quality checks, and any issues encountered

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and consistent product quality throughout production

Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred or willingness to be trained

Basic understanding of machining principles and measurement tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job tasks

Manual dexterity with the ability to handle small parts
