Core responsibilities

• Source, interview, and place candidates across a variety of positions.
• Match associates to openings based on skills, experience, and fit.
• Develop trust with clients and job seekers through consistent communication.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Conduct post‑placement follow‑ups to ensure success on both sides.
• Execute outbound recruiting and business development calls.
• Maintain precise candidate and activity documentation.

What you’ll bring

• Preferred experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales.
• Strong communicator with relationship‑building savvy.
• Proactive problem solver who takes initiative.
• Organized multitasker comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
• Confident with outbound calls to candidates and clients.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
