Outpatient Therapist

Overview Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Newburyport, MA. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. Required Qualifications Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Clear, active and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, in the state of Massachusetts Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience post-masters degree providing behavioral health services Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Additional Information Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. About compensation: This role offers an annual total cash based on productivity ranging from $69,100 to $103,800, plus a $25.00 hourly rate. Annual total cash compensation assumes full-time employment and includes earnings from hourly pay and incentive pay, based on factors including local labor markets and productivity. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
