About the Role As our HVAC Sales/Service Manager , you will lead and support our field service team, ensuring technicians have the tools, guidance, and resources needed to deliver exceptional service. This hands‑on leadership role combines operational oversight, technical expertise, coaching, and customer-focused problem solving. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive HVAC experience who can inspire team performance, maintain service excellence, and help drive continued growth and success. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of HVAC service technicians. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure technicians are equipped to perform at their highest level. Technical Support Provide hands-on assistance for complex service calls, diagnostics, and repairs. Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for the field team. Performance Management Monitor technician sales, performance, productivity, and quality standards. Identify training opportunities and implement ongoing development programs. Service Operations Oversee daily service scheduling and job coordination. Ensure timely, efficient responses to customer service requests. Support efforts to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality. Safety & Compliance Promote and enforce company safety standards and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and procedures. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of service activities, field operations, and project statuses. Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC field experience with strong technical expertise in HVAC systems. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, performance-driven environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professional excellence. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time. May be required to bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb stairs and ladders, crawl, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motions. May be required to drive and sit for extended periods.
