Associate Director, Brand Development and Launch - Mood Disorder

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand operational plans including business planning, implementation, budgeting, and communications
- Lead brand strategy and commercialization efforts while ensuring alignment with broader objectives
- Serve as subject matter expert on assigned products, market dynamics, and treatment landscape
- Lead development and execution of HCP and patient-focused promotional programs across personal and digital channels
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and research to inform strategic brand decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or business field plus 10+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Master's degree plus 8+ years related experience, or PhD plus 6+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical brand planning and commercialization processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment
- Experience with HCP and patient marketing channels including digital and omnichannel strategies
- Proficiency managing external agencies and vendor partners
- Ability to travel up to 25%
