Nurse Practitioner

Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Internal Medicine Position Overview Seeking a compassionate and skilled Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established internal medicine practice. The provider will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for adult patients while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Manage acute and chronic conditions in adult patients. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform minor procedures as appropriate. Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and health maintenance. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications NP: Master’s degree in Nursing and current FNP certification (ANCC/AANP). PA: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with active state licensure. Active state NP/PA license and appropriate credentials. Current DEA license. BLS and ACLS certification. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
