Location: Coppell, TX (Onsite)
Contract: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
We're looking for a Lead Integration Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise integration modernization initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Azure, and enterprise API development .
Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable, cloud-native integration services using Node.js and TypeScript
Develop REST and event-driven APIs
Work with Azure Functions, Azure API Management, AKS, Azure Container Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid
Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and enforce engineering best practices
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and implementation partners to deliver modern integration solutions
Drive API-first, micro services, and event-driven architecture initiatives
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript
- Enterprise Integration & API Development
- REST APIs & Event-Driven Architecture
- Microsoft Azure (Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid)
- JavaScript (Vanilla JS)
- Leadership & Mentoring experience
- Cloud-native & Micro services expertise
Nice to Have
- MuleSoft or TIBCO exposure
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- C#, Java, Go, or Rust
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot)
