Your Mission

• Performing in-depth patient assessments, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute or chronic health conditions in partnership with fellow physicians or independently (based on your qualifications)
• Guiding patients and their families in wellness, disease prevention, and health management
• Prescribing medications and therapies per your scope of practice

• Working collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Accurately documenting within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
