About the Role

Google is one of our biggest growth levers, and we need one person to own it end to end, with the freedom to build, rebuild, and scale. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We're not looking for someone to monitor dashboards, follow Google's recommendations, or manage an agency. Success is measured in customers, CAC, and revenue, not clicks, CTR, or platform-reported conversions.

What You'll Own

Paid Search & Local Services Ads

• Own Google Search and Local Services Ads across every market, and expand into Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Demand Gen where they earn budget.
• Build a multi-location account structure that holds up as we grow from 14 markets to 20+.
• Run keyword strategy, search term mining, match types, negatives, geo targeting, ad copy, bidding, budgets, and ad scheduling yourself.
• Run LSA in every market: verification, service categories, budgets, and daily lead disputes.
• Separate high-value demand (recurring protection plans) from low-value demand, and protect our brand terms.

Tracking, Forecasting & Budget

• Own Google-side tracking (GTM, GA4, conversion actions, enhanced conversions, call tracking) and work with our dev and data team to send sold customers and their value back to Google.
• Forecast spend, leads, customers, and CAC by market, and move budget to where the next dollar works hardest.

Growth, Testing & Reporting

• Build a repeatable playbook for launching new markets.
• Find landing page improvements and test them with our creative and web team.
• Run a documented testing roadmap and change log, and report weekly on what changed, why, and what's next.

What You'll Bring

Required

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with direct ownership of strategy, budgets, and results.
• Experience in pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, or other home services or multi-location lead generation.
• At least $100,000 a month in Google Ads personally managed, and spend you grew without losing efficiency.
• Hands-on Local Services Ads experience.
• Measurement you can do yourself: GTM, GA4, enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports, and call tracking (CallTrackingMetrics, CallRail, or similar).
• Clear writing and plain explanations for leadership. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Preferred

• Pest control experience, in-house or agency.
• Six-figure monthly Google Ads budgets.
• A Google channel you built or rebuilt from a low base, or new local markets you launched from scratch.
• Value-based bidding fed by CRM data. Experience with FieldRoutes, ServiceTitan, PestPac, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Call-driven lead generation at scale, incrementality testing, and Google Ads certification.

How You Work

• Commercial judgment. You think in CAC, lead quality, and customer value, and you know when more volume is worth buying.
• Diagnostic by habit. You can tell whether a problem comes from traffic, structure, bidding, intent, copy, the offer, the landing page, tracking, or lead handling.
• Owner's mindset. You run the account yourself, document what you change, and own the results.

Role Details

• Reports to the Director of Marketing.
• On site in Lindon, UT, Monday to Friday.
• Full time, salaried, on the Marketing team.

Compensation & Benefits

Mira offers a competitive compensation package, which includes:

• Base salary of $95,000 to $125,000, based on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, with 401(k) matching
• Paid time off

Final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the scope of the position.
