Scotsdale Baptist Church in El Paso, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and spiritually mature Part-Time Children's Ministry Director to lead and serve our Children's Ministry.
Position Overview
The Children's Ministry Director will provide leadership, organization, and spiritual direction for the church's ministry to children, helping create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow in their faith and learn to know, love, and follow Jesus.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the Children's Ministry
- Plan and coordinate children's activities, programs, and special events
- Recruit, encourage, and work alongside ministry volunteers
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment
- Encourage children to know, love, and follow Jesus
- Work cooperatively with parents, families, volunteers, and church leadership
Qualifications
- Strong Christian faith and a commitment to serving children
- Experience working with children or in children's ministry preferred
- Dependable, organized, enthusiastic, and committed to serving the Lord
- Ability to work well with families, volunteers, and church leadership
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
