Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Vista Mind Counseling Center, your role will encompass the following key tasks:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting relationship with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in a therapeutic setting, including conducting therapy sessions using telehealth technologies, will give candidates an edge. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches to mental health treatment will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
