Senior Accountant

The Role This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting the close process, and improving accounting processes across the business. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure financial data is reliable and supports decision-making. Key Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare financial statements and variance analysis Maintain general ledger accuracy and proper account reconciliation Accounting Operations Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions Support compliance with internal policies and procedures Inventory & Cost Tracking Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliation Support tracking of cost of goods sold and related expenses Help ensure financial accuracy across multiple facilities Tax & Compliance Support multi-state sales tax compliance and filings Assist with year-end processes and external reporting requirements Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Assist with system enhancements and ERP-related initiatives Support efforts to improve reporting accuracy and timeliness Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Solid Excel skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment Familiarity with ERP systems What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Collaborative mindset and willingness to support multiple functions Why Join Us Exposure to multiple areas of the business Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency Clear path for growth into leadership roles Apply If you’re a driven accounting professional looking to grow in a dynamic environment, we’d like to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
