Pay rate: 17.50/hr USD

Max BR: 24.50/hr USD

1 st Shift: 6:45am-3:15pm

Performs entry-level tasks related to servicing customer products while adhering to established productivity and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Service customer products by performing activities such as receiving and shipping, reviewing customer complaints, basic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, inspections, basic hand soldering, cleaning, testing, and final quality inspections.
• Accurately document work performed using symptom codes and parts replacement reasons.
• Develop familiarity with assigned products, processes, operational metrics, and software tools.
• Follow standard work instructions and quality procedures to meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, work instruction updates, and process standardization.
• Resolve routine issues of limited complexity under direct supervision and perform basic analysis involving a limited number of variables.
• Learn and apply company policies and procedures to daily work activities.
• Comply with all required safety practices and regulations.

Job Requirements:

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Work Experience

• No prior experience required.

Physical Demands

• Medium-duty work requiring the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to distinguish colors accurately. (Color vision required.)
