Our client is a well-established plumbing and mechanical contractor with over 85 years of experience delivering commercial construction projects throughout Northern California. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial plumbing and mechanical projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously, ranging from approximately $100K to $30M in value.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and field superintendents.
• Prepare and manage change orders while maintaining project profitability.
• Conduct regular job site visits and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress, documentation, and financial performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within plumbing, mechanical contracting, or commercial construction with mechanical coordination responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience working with construction management software such as Bluebeam or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills with a team-first mentality.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though candidates who have advanced through hands-on industry experience will also be considered.
