Wellington Management in Boston is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Head of Firm and Product Strategy and the Enterprise Strategy Group. Manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings across time zones, arrange travel, and prepare reports and materials with impeccable discretion.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of senior-level support experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative, service-oriented
