Position: Business Development Manager Working hours – 8 hours Location : Las Vegas, USA Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in exhibitions and trade shows. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase participation and partnerships. Achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential partners. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead. Present proposals, contracts, and pricing to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales and revenue goals. Understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions aligned with their objectives. Maintain high customer satisfaction through communication, service, and follow-up. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Collaborate with operations teams for seamless project execution. Provide input on exhibition designs, layouts, and logistics. Stay informed on market trends and client needs to position services effectively. Work with design teams to align client requirements with feasible, creative, and cost-effective solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields. Proven success in business development or sales, preferably in booth design, fabrication, or related industries. Strong understanding of design principles, fabrication processes, and event management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Experience in the design or architecture industry. Knowledge of exhibition trends and booth design technologies.
