Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with communication needs in a dynamic educational setting near Bedford, TX. This full-time, onsite position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact through both direct service and collaboration with dedicated colleagues.

With a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to approximately 4:30 pm, you’ll work directly with a caseload of 54 students and provide consultative expertise for an additional 14, ensuring each student’s speech and language goals are met and supported.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state license (or eligibility) for practice as an SLP in Texas
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and support SLP Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide guidance to assigned SLPA(s), ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Design, plan, and implement tailored individual and group speech/language therapy in accordance with IEP goals
• Accurately assess student progress, adapting treatment methodologies as needed, and determining eligibility for dismissal from therapy services
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation of student services, progress, and communications
