Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law and litigation to join their Las Vegas, NV office. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Nevada. Duties Represent clients in labor and employment litigation. Advise clients on employment law matters. Draft and review legal documents related to labor and employment. Conduct legal research and analysis. Requirements 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience. Licensed to practice law in Nevada. Strong litigation skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Nevada. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
