Sr Specialist Payroll Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Process U.S. payroll transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
• Respond to Tier 2 payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support payroll activities including:
• Final pay processing
• Retroactive payments
• Tax adjustments
• Overpayments and corrections
• Benefits balancing
• Deductions and arrears setup
• Preparation of W-2c forms
• Ensure proper documentation, audit support, and tracking of payroll activities

Skills:

• Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing
• Strong ability to handle payroll inquiries efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Experience with payroll systems and data management

Education/Experience:

• High School
