Payroll Specialist
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process overpayments for active and terminated employees.
- Audit and review W-2c forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from:
- Employees
- Internal business units
- Third-party vendors
- Support SOX compliance and audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and special projects as required.
Skills:
- Experience with SAP ECP payroll systems, specifically overpayment handling
- Strong experience with W-2c auditing and corrections
- Basic accounting knowledge
Education/Experience:
- High School.
