About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for its B2B SaaS division, with a focus on the restaurant and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for managing a Mid-Market and Enterprise sales team, and will play a pivotal role in scaling revenue, enhancing sales execution, and supporting the company's growth. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on approach, with a key emphasis on team development, revenue performance, and active involvement in the sales process, particularly in complex enterprise opportunities. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should be current Directors or Senior Directors with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales leadership. The role requires experience in managing Mid-Market and/or Enterprise Account Executives, a strong background in owning and driving team quotas, and a deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality technology, restaurant technology, hotel technology, or related fields, with experience in procure-to-pay, AP automation, payments, or back-office SaaS being highly preferred. Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and performance management are essential, as is the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in key deals. Experience with HubSpot is also strongly preferred.
