In this role you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. This role combines customer service, account management, and collections responsibilities to maintain positive client relationships while reducing overdue accounts.Sound like the perfect role, but want to find out more? Keep reading belowResponsibilities and DutiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Contact customers to follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment plans if necessary.Receive calls from customers providing exceptional customer service.Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes to secure timely payments.Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and account updates.QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent requiredStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent customer service skills.
