Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience treating acute patients and swing bed/SNF patients

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Weekend requirement: 3 out of 4 weekends required
