Be the first to apply. $500 sign on bonus! Abrazo Biltmore Cardiology Camelback is located at 2777 E Camelback Rd. This is a non-exempt medical office position responsible for front office processes in the physician practice.

Responsibilities

Essential job responsibilities include:

• Adhering to and supporting the mission, purpose, philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of Tenet Physician Resources, including the Tenet HIPAA Compliance Plan and the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Greeting patients entering the practice.
• Managing office communications, including answering phones, making, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments.
• Checking in patients, collecting accurate patient demographics, verifying insurance, and entering data into the electronic system.
• Checking out patients and assisting them with referral processing and scheduling.
• Collecting co-pays and posting charges.
• Processing charge entry and patient balances.
• Distributing information to patients regarding office policies, procedures, and practice information.
• Explaining the patient portal and assisting with patient enrollment.
• Performing additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma/GED. Experience: One year customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician office setting. Sign on bonus is for new hires only!
