Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others navigate important benefit processes? We are seeking a dedicated Eligibility Clerk (COBRA) to join our Accounting and Eligibility team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring eligible individuals receive timely and accurate COBRA benefits information. What you'll be doing... Responding to oral and written COBRA inquiries from participants and employers Processing COBRA election forms, enrollment forms and payments Preparing refund paperwork for participants Who you are... Organized . Ability to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills Communicator . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detailed . Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills Technically Savvy . Basic proficiency in Excel and Word Who we are...
