University of Washington is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Provider Incentives to oversee two faculty practice plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and related regulations. You will coordinate with vendors, legal counsel, and clinical departments to educate and inform faculty about total compensation and benefits. You will also manage incentive calculations for departments and practitioners. The role requires extensive benefits administration experience, supervisory capability, #J-18808-Ljbffr FHLB Des Moines
