Temporary Recruiter

To support the recruiting team, the full-time Temporary Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing and hiring top talent through innovative methods while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and execute customized staffing plans, sourcing high-quality candidates through creative techniques Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders Leverage technology to document recruiting processes and provide updates on candidate progress to the team and leadership Required qualifications 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring hard-to-find candidates Ability to command attention and respect from senior executives and hiring managers Effective teamwork and client service skills, with excellent written and oral communication Experience in utilizing ATS for recruitment and reporting purposes
