Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Staffing Recruiter - High Volume Hiring plays a key role in driving the success of our manufacturing operations by attracting and securing top talent. In this fast-paced environment, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both general labour and specialized roles, supporting one to three sites within your assigned region. Your ability to build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-impact hiring solutions will directly contribute to operational excellence. This is a temporary 6‑month contract position based at our Le Sueur, MN plant (hybrid). Where you will drive value Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing concurrent hiring needs across 1 to 3 manufacturing sites Partner closely with the Plant Director to deliver agile recruitment strategies aligned with production targets Collaborate with hiring managers to quickly adapt talent attraction strategies for hourly roles based on evolving business needs Own the full-cycle recruitment process with speed and efficiency: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offers Act as a market expert by providing real-time insights on talent availability and recruiting best practices Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local networks Represent the company proactively at job fairs and industry events, driving candidate engagement and brand visibility Continuously optimize recruitment strategies and tools to improve speed, efficiency, and hiring outcomes What will enable you to have an impact Bachelor's Degree in a related field required - Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting required. Agency recruitment is a strong asset Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including the unique challenges and requirements related to hourly workers, required. Familiarity with ATS tools for managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance. Role Alignment A role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.
