ForYourParty.com is a leading ecommerce brand for personalized party supplies. We create, customize, and ship products for events, weddings, and celebrations. Position Overview: ForYourParty.com is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Processing Associate to support our order production workflow. This role is essential in ensuring that customer orders move efficiently from submission through typesetting and into production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across teams, and maintains strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: Print and process all incoming orders during a designated AM and PM batch cycles Communicate daily order batches to offshore resources and ensure timely delivery Organize and sort orders for typesetters based on order specifications and priorities Separate proofs and monitor for customer approvals before advancing orders Send deadline reminder emails for overdue proof approvals to ensure timely production Quality asses all artwork sent by typesetters and provide feedback or training when necessary Ensure orders are print ready with all assets needed for printing Combine typesetting boards efficiently and submit them for production Route and move orders according to print type once typesetters deliver completed work Serve as a point of contact for typesetting-related questions and provide timely support Qualifications: Extremely detail-oriented and accuracy-driven — this is a must for the role, as small errors in file prep or order routing can delay entire production batches and customer deliveries Previous experience with Adobe Illustrator required Positive, service-oriented attitude — genuinely cares about every order, takes ownership of it through production, and proactively supports other departments to help all orders go out on time Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with structured workflows and production timelines Previous experience in administrative processing, production coordination, or similar roles is a plus Collaborative, team-oriented setting Fast-paced production environment with time-sensitive deliverables This is a fully in-office position, requiring attendance 5 days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
