Responsible for the receiving, rotation and stocking of all concession products on a daily basis. Ensures that all departmental needs and procedures are met.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceives and issues food & beverage products to various locationsProcesses and maintains product transfer procedures and concession purchase ordersAssists recording month end inventoryRotates stock and checks par levels of concession productsMaintains cleanliness and organization in the warehouse & concession standsDirects warehouse runners with concession location opening, setup, closing and breakdown.Under direction from Food & Beverage Assistant Manager;Transfers product orders for all eventsPrepares stand & portable stocking sheets for all events; chargeable and non-chargeable inventory itemsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises all warehouse personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees and directing work.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills and AbilitiesAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Knowledge of concession operationsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills).Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie)Ability to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds.Computer SkillsGeneral Computer knowledge, MS Word, MS Excel, OutlookOther QualificationsMust be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit upon hire.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
