The Quality Assurance Lead will oversee a small QA team, ensuring the highest standards of product and process quality are maintained. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role involves leading quality initiatives and providing insightful quality reporting. The position offers advancement opportunities within the QA department and does not require any travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small QA team of 1-3 members
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures
- Monitor product and process quality to meet organizational standards
- Generate and deliver quality reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
