Field Service Technician

Follow established safety procedures. Perform complete equipment diagnostics, installation or removal on residential and commercial water treatment equipment, identify malfunctions, and resolve issues accordingly. Represent Culligan directly with customers. Communicate the status of equipment with customers and provide solutions. Collect payments upon completion of services. Assist with collection of past due receivables. Where you will work: This position will be based in the Sacramento, CA office with occasional travel to area Culligan branches on an as needed basis.
