Join our vibrant team at Kids Club Child Care Center of Livingston County as a UPK Teacher! This exciting position offers a unique opportunity to nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and engaging environment. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative lesson plans that align with New York State early learning standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children's social and emotional growth.
- Conduct regular assessments to track and support each child's development.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to enhance children's learning experiences.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Engage children in hands-on activities and play-based learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Support the overall mission of Kids Club Child Care Center in providing high-quality early childhood education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- New York State certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2).
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to professional growth.
