Immediate opening for a full time receptionist. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, then I would like to speak with you.
Experience with EHR is preferred. We currently use Aprima for our EHR.
Applicant must be able to multi-task and remain accurate.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
multi-line phones
scheduling patient appointments
verifying patient info and insurance
checking patients in and/or out
collecting payments and posting
responding to patient requests
following through with provider tasks for patients
accurate documentation
must always be pleasant and empathetic

We are primarily a family practice office, but we are also multi-specialty. We have a variety of specialists at our location weekly to accommodate our patients and also provide better continuity of care. We perform xrays on site and also offer echocardiograms, ultrasounds and dopplers appointments on a weekly basis.
