Job Description
The Outside Laborer role involves performing general labor tasks on residential and commercial properties, working actively outdoors, and contributing as part of a small team. This position requires reliability, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic, with paid training provided to support your development within a team-oriented environment that offers growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial job sites
- Travel daily with a small crew of 2-4 workers to different job locations
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service while on job sites
- Work outdoors and at heights as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in general labor
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Awareness and adherence to safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor tasks
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
