LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses. A well-functioning campus is invisible. A poorly functioning one disrupts everything. This role is accountable for everything beyond the classroom that enables students and Guides to excel. As the operational anchor of the campus, you manage communication with parents and staff, oversee security and safety protocols, maintain smooth facilities and logistics, and ensure reliable technology for students and staff. You intervene when systems fail, identify potential issues before they grow, and impose structured calm in fast-moving environments. This is not a typical coordinator position. It is a visible, hands‑on role designed for someone who excels with responsibility, diversity of tasks, and execution. What You Will Be Doing Serving as a primary liaison for parents, students, and staff to deliver clear, timely, and professional communication Overseeing campus safety functions including entry control, health event management, emergency drills, record‑keeping, and parent notifications Managing daily campus logistics including attendance processes, transportation planning, facilities upkeep, and office operations Facilitating onboarding and training for new staff to guarantee operational preparedness from the start Administering student devices and campus technology, functioning as the on‑site Google Administrator and technical point of contact What You Won’t Be Doing Delivering classroom instruction or providing academic support Mentoring Guides or influencing curriculum design Working in a strictly administrative or narrowly defined capacity Operating within a slow‑paced or entirely predictable setting Escalating unresolved issues to others rather than taking ownership of solutions Site Coordinator Key Responsibilities Sustain safe, efficient, and dependable campus operations that continuously enhance the experience of students, staff, and parents. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified) At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Available to work in‑person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Chicago, IL; Fort Worth, TX (Southlake); Keller, TX (Fort Worth); Austin, TX (Spyglass); Houston, TX (Woodlands); Oklahoma City, OK; Park City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; or Brentwood, TN — or willing to relocate Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
