If you’re an experienced HVAC Service Technician with aspirations of leading a team, we have opening for a Senior HVAC Technician.

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. Project management is a plus as you will be expected to own all aspects of installs and large projects. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs. As our team grows, so can your potential, as this role feeds into technician management over time.

An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of residential HVAC service and install experience, be comfortable talking with and selling to homeowners, have a professional image and demeanor, and be able to motivate and support technicians in their roles.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home’s HVAC systems.

• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.
• Oversee Projects from Start to Finish - You will be expected to collect the entire scope of work for a project, order materials and schedule appointments with the homeowner.
• Direct & Train Junior Technicians - You will guide junior technicians and grow their capabilities.
• On Call for Nights & Weekends - Be available as part of a rotating schedule.
• Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.

Job Requirements

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
• Professional appearance and personality
• Have your own tools

Benefits & Pay

The pay for this position starts at $35/hr, and depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician.
