Print Production Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Print Production Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the internal creative resource team, supporting various cross‑functional projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Print Production Coordinator Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite Monday through Thursday; remote Fridays) What's the Job? Lead and manage full‑cycle projects from inception to completion across multidisciplinary teams and media types. Act as a central hub for project execution, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure success. Apply Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies tailored to project needs. Coordinate omni‑channel production including digital, eCommerce, print, video, and packaging. Measure project performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure error‑free, on‑time delivery. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1+ years managing multiple projects and handling administrative responsibilities. Experience with print production (preferred). Familiarity with agency workflows and tools such as Workfront (preferred).
