We are looking for a Sub Contractor crew for Windows (NOT a direct hire), Exterior Doors, Sliding Glass Doors, Powered Storm Shutter Roll-Downs along with a full line of hurricane protection

Do you have experience being a team leader on installing windows and doors and are you a driven, independent, self-starter who constantly strives to be number one and has a stimulating impact on everyone you meet? Can you present Mr. Build in a professional manner and speak with the homeowner clearly to ensure a smooth install?

If so, we need to talk to you. Mr. Build, a growing company is now looking for a Sub-contractor crew for Windows, Doors, Aluminum Acrylic Rooms, and hurricane protection. Territory is for West Coast coverage from Bradenton to Punta Gorda, FL. We need a confident crew who can install windows and doors, storm protection and aluminum enclosures . If you know how to reglaze, that is a plus. This crew provides independence to their team to get the project done in a professional manner. We look for you to provide positive energy when you are at the customer's home. The products you should have knowledge in are; Replacement windows and exterior doors, sliding glass doors, powered storm roll downs, Interior plantation shutters, porch enclosures, storm protection and being able to do light stucco work and caulking.

Job expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

• Install windows and doors.
• Build acrylic rooms
• Install Storm Protection
• Installing Powered Roll Downs
• Trim out windows and doors
• Exterior and interior touch up painting
• Minor drywall repairs
• Caulking windows
• Stucco patch work
• Installing window sashes
• Window Installation support

Qualifications:
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to lift a 32 foot ladder and not be afraid to work on windows at 2nd and 3rd floor levels
Must be people friendly and always keep a positive attitude
