Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Warehouse Operations to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). About the role The Manager, Warehouse Operations is responsible for overseeing all warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations for the Home Medical Equipment (HME) department. This role ensures the efficient, accurate, and compliant receipt, storage, maintenance, distribution, and delivery of durable medical equipment (DME) and related supplies. The Manager, Warehouse Operations will be leading warehouse associates and delivery technicians, maintaining inventory integrity, overseeing fleet and delivery operations, and driving operational excellence through process improvement, technology utilization, and staff development. Additionally, this position plays a critical role in supporting the safe handling, maintenance, delivery, and retrieval of respiratory and other life‑sustaining medical equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED requir Three (3) to five (5) years of experience overseeing warehouse, logistics, distribution, or delivery operations, including inventory control, warehouse management, and delivery coordinatio Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or team leadership experienc Experience with inventory management systems and operational technology platform Valid driver's license and ability to meet organizational driving requirement Ability to lift and move equipment and routinely work within a warehouse environmen Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related fie Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry experien Knowledge of DME equipment, fleet operations, equipment maintenance, and regulatory requirements applicable to healthcare and DMEPOS operations; familiarity with CMS, DOT, OSHA, HIPAA, FDA, and accreditation standards preferr Experience supporting respiratory equipment programs, including oxygen therapy and related equipme Familiarity with Brightree or other DME management softwa Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies.
