Senior Store Sales Manager
$70k - $90kMattress Firm is seeking a Senior Store Sales Manager to lead a high-performing retail team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales results. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, coach and develop sales associates, and ensure consistent execution of Mattress Firm's customer-first standards. You will analyze sales performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold operational compliance. Responsibilities
- Lead and coach store sales team to achieve revenue and performance goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-first culture
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
- Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to improve results
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates
- Create and manage staff schedules to meet traffic and coverage needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and promotional programs
- Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Collaborate with district and regional leaders on store initiatives and performance
