Job Type: full time, direct hire.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop up to nine customer service employees across two sites.
• Oversee purchase order administration, contract administration, and order fulfillment.
• Support strategic customers and coordinate internal responses to delivery concerns and escalations.
• Monitor performance metrics, balance workloads, and maintain effective training and support tools.
• Improve order-to-delivery processes while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible day shift schedule.

Pay: $130,000 - $180,000 annually.

Customer Service Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace customer service experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of contract terms, manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong business acumen, customer communication, employee development, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
