What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient emergency care in a busy community ED with ~30,000 annual patient volume
• Manage patient encounters, including trauma cases, according to established protocols
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including tele-stroke and 24/7 cardiac cath lab coverage
• Cover shifts ranging from day to night, with guaranteed hours and possibility for overtime
• Work 10-hour shifts, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care
• Uphold compliance with hospital policies and documentation standards
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed during assigned shifts

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Washington State
• DEA certification
• ABEM Board Certified or Eligible (ABIM/ABFM not accepted)
• At least 2 years of emergency medicine experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to return priv app within 1-2 business days of receipt
