Role Overview The Customer Service Representative supports customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. This role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and coordinating activities to meet service expectations. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting efficient order fulfillment processes. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professional communication. Process, modify, and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and documentation. Coordinate shipments and track order fulfillment in alignment with customer needs and business requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolution in system tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve customer experience. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM or ERP platforms. Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
