Administrative Assistant

92 Archer Western Construction, LLC

Overview We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our DFWIA project, in Dallas, TX. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a Project, Regional or Service Group office, including customer service and support to the project team, vendors, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Data entry and reporting Processing invoices, check requests, and other departmental paperwork Maintenance of SharePoint sites and document libraries Tracking department certifications and other administrative duties as assigned Organizing meetings and correspondence, including phone calls, emails, mail, and other deliverables Opening and screening incoming mail and distributing to appropriate team members Acting as first point of contact with internal and external sources such as clients, vendors, press, and job candidates Coordinating meetings and assisting with travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, gifts or awards purchase, and food and drink services Coordinating the schedule for conference rooms Ordering office supplies and wearables through corporate vendors Performing basic internet research, compiling lists, and gathering information from other departments Providing general administrative support for a project, including general HR or PTO recordkeeping, basic payroll administration duties, change order processing, and other project-related administration Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associates degree or some administrative training is a plus 1 year of experience in an office setting At least 1 year of relevant experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to take direction and prioritize responsibilities Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain discretion at all times Proficient with MS Office Programs Benefits Salary Range Disclaimer: Please note that job titles may span more than one career level.
