As Strategic Account Manager, you’ll own high-value relationships with Tier-1 retail chains ranging from 100 to 1,000+ stores . Typical deal sizes range from $500K to $3M, giving you the opportunity to lead strategic, enterprise-level sales cycles that make a measurable impact . This position offers a total annual compensation range of $170,000 to $200,000 , including base salary and performance incentives with no upside cap. What You’ll Do Own, grow, and manage a focused pipeline of direct Tier-1 retail clients Identify and develop new opportunities within both prospective and existing customers Use HubSpot CRM for prospecting, forecasting, and activity tracking Build market awareness and customer engagement through LinkedIn and other social channels Navigate complex capital budgeting processes and close large-scale deals Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations to VP-level executives Collaborate with CPG brands to move opportunities from trial to rollout Partner with Indyme’s internal teams—Sales Engineering, Client Success, and Project Management—to deliver exceptional sales support What We’re Looking For A competitive, motivated professional who loves to win and helps others succeed An exceptional relationship-builder with polished communication and presentation skills Skilled at managing projects and advancing large sales opportunities Creative problem-solver who can connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes Adaptable, confident, and persistent when faced with challenges A great listener who can turn customer needs into actionable solutions At Indyme, you’ll work alongside a passionate team dedicated to helping retailers create smarter, safer, and more engaging shopping environments.
