Overview Tier 1 Regional Field Operations Technician - South Central (Dallas) at West Networks, a leading managed network infrastructure services provider. We are expanding our Nationwide Field Services Division to meet the growing demand for next-business-day on-site installation and support across the United States for enterprise, healthcare, and retail clients, and the adoption of Retail SpeedFusion Kits. Position Title: Field Operations Technician (Tier 1) Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year Work Location: Work from home or from a regional office Reporting To: Field Operations Manager Regions include: North Central, South Central, Northeast, Southeast, West We are hiring a limited number of technicians per region, based on demand. Some regions will have more openings than others. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 phone support and remote triage from home Deliver same-day or next-business-day on-site support across your assigned region during mass rollout periods Be physically fit and capable of driving long distances and performing hands-on installations Enjoy driving, working with customers, and solving problems in the field Maintain a positive, professional, and presentable demeanor always Able to crimp cables, patch into networks, run clean and tidy Ethernet wiring, and leave every job site better than you found it Willing to learn and grow with our team and technology stack Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams based in Florida to support healthcare, retail, and enterprise clients Qualifications Ability to provide Tier 1 remote and on-site support as listed in responsibilities Willingness to travel and work in varied field conditions Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills Basic technical aptitude with networking fundamentals Benefits Health Insurance Company Cell Phone Company Laptop Company Vehicle (subject to approval based on region and role) Profit-Sharing Bonuses (eligible after 6 months of employment) #J-18808-Ljbffr West Networks LLC
