What You’ll Be Doing Lead sophisticated, multi-product demonstrations for high‑tier partners, confidently navigating complex technical conversations Shape technical onboarding strategies that accelerate partner success and time‑to‑value Act as a trusted subject matter expert across assigned vendors, translating technical depth into commercial impact Mentor Solution Engineers through coaching, shared standards, and reusable enablement frameworks Create high‑quality enablement assets including demo environments, guides, labs, and onboarding resources Continuously improve demo standards and technical documentation to support scale and consistency The Impact You’ll Have Your work will directly elevate partner confidence, solution adoption, and technical excellence across Pax8. Compensation & Benefits United States Starting base pay: $75,250+ USD (100% base) You’ll also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, retirement options, and additional wellbeing benefits.
