REMOTE - Technical Program Manager (Okta Migration)

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Okta Migration) for a top real estate technology client. This individual will lead high-impact, cross-functional technical programs focused on identity, security, and platform scalability. The role centers on overseeing a complex Okta migration while driving operational excellence, improving technical processes, and ensuring consistent execution across engineering and infrastructure teams. This is a highly visible role ideal for a TPM who thrives in technically deep environments and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful, enterprise-wide outcomes.
Lead large-scale technical initiatives across the enterprise
Manage program lifecycle: planning, execution, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation
Coordinate across product, infrastructure, security, and business teams
Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies to minimize operational disruption
Drive operational and process improvements across tech organizations
Develop executive-level and team-level reporting using clear metrics and narratives
Create and maintain SOPs to scale and standardize technical operations

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of Technical Program Management experience driving large, crossfunctional initiatives
Proven experience program managing Okta migrations with strong hands-on Okta technical knowledge
Experience partnering closely with Information Security teams and managing enterprise security risk
Strong stakeholder communication skills, including executivelevel reporting using data and metrics
Familiarity with modern cloud environments (AWS) and contemporary engineering practices


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in SaaS platform implementations and largescale system migrations
Experience with containerization, microservices, and CI/CD environments
Ability to build and scale SOPs and standardized operational processes
