Primary Responsibilities

• Targeted Prospecting: Employ our proven systems to engage potential clients through calls, networking, and the PLACE consumer app.
• Trusted Client Advising: Gain a deep understanding of client goals to expertly guide them through buying, selling, and investing processes.
• Market Insight: Provide valuable advice on market trends using exclusive data and sophisticated property valuation tools.
• Effective Negotiation: Represent your clients assertively to secure the most favorable contract terms.
• Relationship Development: Build enduring client loyalty through exceptional service and consistent communication.

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated Sales Success: Experience in real estate or a competitive sales environment with a track record of achievement.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented: Driven to succeed independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Innovative Problem Solver: Skilled at overcoming challenges in a dynamic real estate market.
• Licensed or License-Eligible: Holds a current real estate license or is committed to obtaining one promptly.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
